Spiritual Inquiry

Life in the 21st century is often too busy and disconnected from family roots and spiritual support. An inquiry into the questions that really matter to us can be facilitated through the development of awareness and attention. Additionally, it may offer relief from the stress of our busy lives, I have practiced and taught meditation in the Zen tradition for over twenty years, and am interested in supporting people’s development of spiritual awareness, whatever form that might take. Spiritual inquiry, in conjunction with psychological inquiry, helps connect us to our deepest Self.

Spiritual inquiry includes such questions as: why are we here, what is the meaning of life, how do I understand death, how can I become more awake, what is compassion – what is your question?
